These four chia seed breakfast ideas are so good that you wanna have them every morning. This recipe shows how to make easy and healthy chia seed recipes (A total of 4 ideas) that you can make for breakfast or healthy snacks. This chia seed pudding is even more enjoyed if overnight prepared/kept.

1. Blueberry Coconut

1/4 cup chia seed
2 tbsp sweetened shredded coconut 1 cup almond milk
1/4 cup frozen blueberries Garnish with granola

2. Strawberry Banana Walnut

1/4 cup chia seed
1 cup almond milk
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
1 tsp agave
1/4 cup frozen strawberry
Garnish with banana and walnut/pecan

3. Chocolate Raisin

1/4 cup chia seed
1/2 tsp cocoa
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup soy milk
Garnish with raisin, banana and chocolate chips

4. Peanut butter and Hemp

1/4 cup chia seed
1 cup soymilk
1 tbsp peanut butter
Garnish with 1 tbsp of hemp seed, cashew and almond

Tips:
  1. Keep the chia seed with milk overnight in the refrigerator and warm in microwave for 30 sec.
