Blueberry Pancake | Walnut Pancake | Chocolate Chips Pancake | Plain Pancake Recipes | 4 Types

Do you like pancakes? Especially the ones that are naturally flavored? Then this is the recipe for you. In this recipe, I prepare the regular plain pancake, blueberry pancake (yes read blueberries), chocolate chips pancake, and walnut pancake all in one video. One thing to note is that this recipe reveals one of the secret ingredients that make the pancake fluffy and soft. Watch this recipe and find out.


 1 egg

1 tbsp melted butter

1 cup pancake mix

1/2 cup almond milk

  1. In a bowl, crack 1 egg, melted butter and whisk until well combined.
  2. Add pancake mix and almond milk (gradually). Whisk until the batter is smooth. (The consistency of batter should not be too thin/thick) Set is aside.
  3. In the meanwhile, spread some butter on electric griddle once hot.
  4. Pour 1/2 cup batter on the griddle to make about 5 to 6 pancakes.
  5. Add your favorite fruits, nuts and chocolate on each pancake.
  6. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side on medium heat.
  7. Serve your pancake with fresh fruits, maple syrup and whipped cream.
