5-Ingredient Breakfast Sandwich | English Muffin with Egg and Hash Brown

Ingredients: (makes 3 sandwiches)

3 Frozen Hash brown patty 

1 tsp unsalted butter

6 slices of English muffin

3 eggs

salt to taste 

1 pinch of black pepper

9 thin slices of cucumber

  1. Bake frozen hash brown at 425 degree for 24 minutes .
  2. On a pan, add 1 tsp of butter on medium heat. Toast 6 slices of English muffin.
  3. In the meanwhile, fry 1 egg + salt + pepper for each sandwich. Keep it aside.
  4. Make a sandwich with English muffin, cucumber, hash brown and egg.
