Jalapeno Poppers | Baked Cream Cheese Stuffed Mini Jalapeno Poppers

This recipe teaches you how to prepare baked mini jalapeno poppers with creamy cream cheese. These jalapeno poppers with crispy bread crumbs when served with hot sauce are the perfect appetizers for your party. I am sure you will try this recipe and wow your guests.


Mini Peppers – 9

Cream Cheese – 4 oz.

Chopped Onion – 1/3 cup

Chopped Spring Onion – 1/4 cup

Bread Crumbs – 2 tbsp. x 2

Minced Garlic – 2 cloves

Salt to taste

Black Pepper – 1 tsp

Olive Oil to drizzle

Served with Hot and Sweet Sauce Cooking

Tip: Let the cream cheese sit at room temperature for about 15 – 20 minutes before making jalapeno poppers.

  1. Pre-heat oven at 400°F.
  2. In a bowl, combine cream cheese (room temperature), chopped onion, spring onion, bread crumb, salt, black pepper and minced garlic. Set it aside.
  3. In a baking sheet, drizzle some oil, stuff the jalapeno with fillings. Add breadcrumb on top.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes and then broil on low heat for 3 more minutes for extra crispiness.
  5. Serve hot and enjoy with hot sauce.
