Simple Spicy Asparagus | Kurilo ko Achar Nepali | Spicy Vegan Recipe

4 tbsp sesame powder
1 lb asparagus
3 tbsp olive oil
1/3 cup dry soybean
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
Salt to taste
4 green chili, chopped
1/2 medium onion, chopped
2 tsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp sichuan pepper
1 tbsp lemon juice 

  1. Roast sesame seed on medium heat for 4-5 mins until the seeds are golden brown. Set it aside to cool down and grind to make a fine powder.
  2. Fry soybean on medium heat for 3-4 minutes until light brown.
  3. Add asparagus, turmeric powder, salt. Stir fry for 6-7 minutes.
  4. Add chopped green chili, onion and fry for a couple of more minutes.
  5. Add red chili powder, sesame powder, sichuan pepper, lemon juice and stir for a couple of minutes.
  6. Serve it cold.
