3 Simple Healthy and Refreshing Smoothies Recipe

A recipe for you with power-packed healthy smoothies to start your day or a quick drink for the afternoon on any hot summer day. These smoothies are a great source of protein with multiple nutrients to keep away from junk food or any other food cravings. Very Berry, Pina Colada, and Mango Tango are the 3 delicious recipes that I have prepared in this video.

Very Berry Ingredients:

Almond milk – 1 cup
Frozen blueberries – 1/2 cup
Frozen grapes – 1/3 cup
Frozen oranges – 1/3 cup
Chia seeds – 2 tbsp (good source of fiber, protein, omega-3 fatty acids)
Agave syrup – 2 tbsp (optional)

Pina Colada Ingredients:

Coconut milk – 1 cup
Frozen pineapple – 1 cup
Coconut flakes – 1/4 cup
Homemade yogurt – 1/4 cup
Hemp seeds – 2 tbsp (great source of healthy fats and protein)

Mango Tango Ingredients:

Almond milk – 1 cup
Frozen mango – 1 cup
Frozen banana – 1
Carrot – 1/3 cup
Frozen oranges -1/3 cup
Homemade yogurt – 3 tbsp
Flaxseed – 1 tbsp ( great source of omega-3 fats and fiber)
Agave – 1 tbsp (optional)

Steps:
  1. Mix all the ingredients for each smoothie on a blender and enjoy.
