Soybean (bhatmas) – 1/2 cup
Hot water – to soak soyabean
Oil – to deep fry
Onion – 1/2 slice chopped
Ginger – 1/4 inch thick chopped
Lemon – 1/2 slice
Garlic – 2 chopped
Tomato – 1/2 slice
Green chili – 2 small chopped
Cilantro – 1/3 cup
Red chili powder – 1.5 tsp
Chat masala – 1 tsp
Salt to taste
