Pompano Fish Recipe | Baked Whole Pompano Fish with Lemon and Butter

This is an easy and simple recipe to make the whole pompano baked. If you are looking for how to cook pompano fish, then this is a perfect recipe for you. 1 Pompano Fish

1.5 tbsp Butter

1 Lime

Salt to taste

1 tsp Fresh ground black pepper

1 tsp Garlic powder

1 tsp Cayenne powder

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Score both sides of the pompano with a stripe pattern. 
  3. Spray the baking tray with oil.
  4. Season both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and cayenne powder. Insert some spices inside the fish. Insert lime slices inside the fish.
  5. Add butter slices and lemon slices on top.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes and flip. Bake for 15 more minutes. 
  7. Squeeze lime juice on top and serve.
