Shiitake Mushroom Ramen Recipe with One Secret Item | Healthy Ramen Noodles

This recipe (Shiitake Mushroom) is for those of you who are craving healthy ramen noodles. Upgrade your ramen recipe by adding one secret healthy item (apart from shitake mushroom) that this recipe reveals to make it a delicious shitake mushroom and veggies in one pot. It is prepared in less than 15 minutes you can learn to make shiitake mushroom ramen in under a little over 4 mins.

Here are the full ingredients:

Ramen Noodles – 3 packets Shitake mushroom – 1 cup Spinach – 4 oz
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp Chopped onion – 1 cup
Chopped red pepper – 1/2 cup Olive oil – 2 tbsp
Red chili flakes – 1 tbsp Siracha – 1 tbsp
Chopped cilantro – 1/4 cup
1 boiled egg and pinch of sesame seed for garnish

**No need to add salt since soy sauce and chicken broth are already salted**

For Sauce:
Chicken broth – 1 cup
Water – 1 cup
Soy sauce- 2 tbsp
Rice vinegar – 1 tbsp
Ground black pepper – 1/2 tsp Roasted sesame seeds – 1 tsp

Steps:
  1. To prepare a sauce, in a bowl, combine chicken broth, water, soy sauce, rice vinegar, black pepper, roasted sesame seeds. Keep it aside.
  2. In a medium pan, heat oil over medium heat. Add onion and red pepper, ginger garlic paste, shitake mushroom, spinach and stir fry for couple of minutes.
  3. Add sauce, ramen and cover. Cook for 2 minutes and stir or flip the noodle to cook on the other side. Cook 1 more minute.
  4. Sprinkle some chili flakes, hot sauce and chopped cilantro. Serve hot.
