Chicken Salad Sandwich

1/2 cup chicken, chopped

1/4 cup carrot, shredded

1/4 cup celery, chopped

1/4 cup cabbage, finely chopped

2 tbsp mayonnaise

2 slices of bread

Steps:

1. Combine all ingredients and mix them well.

2. Spread on top of bread and make a sandwich. 3. Make a lunch box with your favorite side dish.

Chicken Bacon Ranch

1 tsp butter

2 slider buns

2 tsp ranch

chicken as needed for 2 sliders

precooked bacon as needed

shredded cheese as needed

Steps:
  1. Butter the pan, toast slider buns.
  2. Flip and add ranch on 2 buns to make 2 sandwich
  3. Add chicken, bacon and shredded cheese. Cook for 1-2 minutes to melt the cheese.
  4. Make a lunch box with your favorite side dish.

 

Chicken Veggie Sandwich

1 tsp olive oil

1 cup chicken

1 cup cabbage, chopped

1/2 cup carrot, shredded

salt to taste

pinch of black pepper

1 tsp butter

1/4 tsp mozzarella cheese

Steps:
  1. Fry chicken on medium heat for 3-4 minutes.
  2. Add cabbage, carrot and salt and black pepper. Stir fry for 4-5 minutes on medium heat.
  3. Set it aside and on the same pan add some butter to melt.
  4. Toast a bread, add prepared veggies and cheese. Add another bread on top and flip to toast the other side. Cook for 1 minute, cut in half.
  5. Make a lunch box with your favorite side dish.
Chicken Chow Mein

2.5 oz noodle

1 tbsp olive oil

1/2 chicken, chopped

1/3 cup onion, chopped

1/3 cup green pepper, chopped

1/3 cup carrot, chopped

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/4 tsp black pepper powder

1/4 tsp oregano powder

1 tbsp soy sauce

Steps:
  1. Cook noodle as per instruction.
  2. Stir-Fry chicken for couple of minutes on medium heat.
  3. Add onion, cabbage and carrot. Stir-Fry for 5-6 minutes on medium heat.
  4. Add garlic, black pepper, oregano and fry for couple of more minutes.
  5. Add noodles, soy sauce and stir fry for couple of more minutes.
  6. Make a lunch box with your favorite side dish.
Chicken Croissant with Grapes

1/2 cup chicken

1/4 cup grapes, chopped

2 tbsp mayonnaise

salt to taste

pinch of black pepper

Steps:
  1. Combine chicken, grapes, mayonnaise, salt & pepper and mix it well. Set it aside.
  2. Cut the croissant in half, spread the prepared mixture and make a sandwich.
  3. Make a lunch box with your favorite side dish.
Chicken Corn Wrap

For sauce:

1 tbsp mayonnaise

t tsp ketchup

1/4 tsp yellow mustard

For Wrap:

1 large tortilla

1/2 cup chicken

special sauce

1/4 cup pre-cooked sweet corn

1/4 cup cheddar cheese

1 /2 tsp olive oil

Steps:
  1. Make a sauce and set it aside.
  2. Take a large tortilla and cut till center to fold into a triangle at the end.
  3. Add chicken on 1/4 side of tortilla, sauce, precooked corn and cheese.
  4. Fold to make a triangle starting from chicken.
  5. On a pan, add olive oil and tortilla. Cook for 2 minutes on each side on medium heat.
  6. Make a lunch box with you favorite side dish.
