Nepali Style Homemade Chicken Wings Recipe 🔥 🔥

Learn the best and the easiest way to make homemade chicken wings in the oven. This recipe is my first recipe on YouTube when I did not know how to make a video. I am sure getting better at it and learning as I go. While the video might make you feel dizzy 🤣, this recipe will certainly make perfect chicken wings for you and your family or guests.

Ingredients:

Chicken – 2 lbs

Pinch of Salt

Black Pepper – 1/2 tsp

Red Chili Powder – 2 tsp

Cumin Powder – 1 tsp

Coriander Powder – 1 tsp

Lime/Lemon – 1 tbsp

Soy Sauce – 3 tsp

Siracha Sauce – 3 tsp

Olive Oil – 1 tbsp

Steps:
  1. Pre-heat the oven to 400 degree.
  2. In a bowl, combine all the spices with chicken wings. Mix it well and set it aside for 30 minutes.
  3. In the meanwhile, spray the baking tray with some oil. Add chicken wings in single layer.
  4. Bake the chicken for 30 minutes. Flip and bake the other side for 15-20 minutes.
  5. Crunchy chicken wings are ready to be served.
