Ingredients: (Serves 6-8 people)
2 medium size boiled potato, chopped
1 cup cilantro, chopped
1/2 medium size onion, chopped
1 medium size tomato, chopped
3 green chili, chopped
1 cup overnight soaked red peas
1/3 cup roasted peanuts
1 cup puffed rice (golfuki)
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black salt
2 tsp red chili powder
2 tsp chaat masala
1/3 cup bujiya
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 slice lemon (squeezed)
